Kelsey grew up in Opotiki. Upon finishing at Opotiki College she moved to Dunedin where she studied Health Science, majoring in Human Nutrition. She worked the start of her career for the Canterbury District Health Board. With an ever growing passion for learning she completed a Certificate in Personal Training and began teaching Les Mills Body Balance. Knowing that there was a lot more for her to learn and with the loving encouragement of some special people in her life, she was inspired to make Pilates teacher training her next challenge. Continuing to feel excited by the thought of sharing the practices with her hometown and community, Kelsey built the Body Nourished foundation and began teaching a number of regular Pilates classes which very soon after included Yoga. She most recently completed her Yin Yoga teacher training and says “I am deeply honoured to be able to share both practices, among a community that means so much to me too. I wholeheartedly believe that there is something in these practices for everyone.”

Liane has held a long time love with mindful movement. Her disciplines have included Dance, Qigong, Wu Style Tai Chi and Yoga She has enjoyed opportunities throughout her life to share her practice.

Currently Liane leads our early morning Yoga classes, 7.15am on Saturdays.
