What Classes are available at Body Nourished?

We currently have Pilates (both Mat and Reformer classes) as well as Yoga classes too. Mat & Yoga classes can be booked online, click here.

To join any of our Reformer Pilates classes or to do a private 1:1 or small group class, please contact Kelsey.

All current Yoga classes are open to casual as well as regular attendance. Beginners can be catered for in all current classes.

Mat Pilates classes can be booked online also using the Bookings tab.

Reformer Pilates classes currently cannot be booked online, however there are some spaces available during school hours on Mondays - Thursdays. Please contact Kelsey to book.
